From the date of placing an order, it normally takes 14 working days to deliver your order to your doorstep.

• Expedited Shipping (takes 7-10 business days) - INR 1500
• Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not counted as business days.

• Free shipping for all Rest of the World orders above USD 250.
• Flat USD 50 shipping fee for all Rest of the World orders below USD 250.
• We will deliver your order as soon as we can but in the event of any delays, please note that these can be caused by country-specific shipping and customs restrictions.
• Rest of the World shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.
• Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not counted as business days.
• To qualify for free shipping, your order total should be above USD 250 after any discounts and any order modifications.

Special Hand-Embroidered Orders

Hand-embroidered, special order products typically take up to 4 weeks from date of order to be handcrafted, packaged and shipped. Hand-embroidered pieces are handcrafted by the artisan and the nature of the work takes time and can take up to 4 weeks for the artisan to complete.
