Exchanges and Returns

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

• If you would like to exchange the size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased. 
• Incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
• If the product you receive has a quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at sales@getdhi.com within 14 days of delivery with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Delivery address
3. Reason for return (in case of an incorrect or defective product, please send us an image of the item)

Once we have received the unworn/unused product back from you, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 10-14 working days in India.

In the case of quality/manufacturing defect products, refunds will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within 10 working days.

• Once our team conducts a quality check, we will offer you a refund on the same mode as the payment within 10 working days. 

Please note that size exchanges will not be possible if the product is purchased during a sale.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for customized orders (including length or minor alterations).

Please read item descriptions carefully and note the sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

International (ALL countries other than India) orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns at this time unless the fault is at our end meaning that the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note by purchasing from Dhi you as the buyer agrees to our shopping terms, conditions, and policies.

• We offer replacements, or size exchanges in case of clothing, only for the same product or style you have purchased.
• We are unable to entertain requests to replace a product with a different product or style, even if the price is the same.
• International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns at this time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn't been shipped.
